I am not a medical professional nor a therapist.

I’m a coach -- a guide, here for you. And here to tell you, that you truly can do this.

We can do this together.

My journey so far has taught me a lot about myself, the fragility of life, its depth, and the dangers of only living it above the surface. It's strange to think of what dangers there are living in safety.

We don't recognize it.

Imagine the surface is where you currently are.

And far deeper, below the surface, lies your full potential.

Think of how dangerous it can be if you don't get to reach your potential, the depths of you.

When you don't get to experience life to its fullest.

When you spend an entire lifetime never truly achieving or manifesting all the things you really wanted.

When you spend your life only w i s h i n g .

To say that "life is short" is an understatement, but true and painful to accept.

What are we doing with our time -- especially when there never seems to be enough of it?

While the reality we all live in collectively right now seems dark, awful, unfair, and unforgiving, more often than people like to admit, each individual person lives in their own reality that seems to reflect the same despair, we just choose not to acknowledge it or bring it to light.

It's better that way.

It's easier that way.

" Strangely, life gets harder when you try to make it easy.
Exercising might be hard, but never moving makes life harder.
Uncomfortable conversations are hard, but avoiding every conflict is harder. Mastering your craft is hard, but having no skills is harder.

Easy has a cost. "

James Clear

The life we're living can feel hopeless. It can feel relentlessly sh!tty.

But where there is darkness, there is always light.

There is an abundance of beauty, unforgettable moments, and limitless possibilities that show us that we can find joy; that we can better live our lives if only we choose to live more deeply and more connected; Connected with the world and to the people around us.

Jim Carrey helped me to realize some incredibly hard truths, as well as re-opened my heart to them when I thought it would be better for me to hide them.

He describes so beautifully in the video above why I decided to commit to being a Wellness Coach.

Just to echo a few things that resonated with me:

“So many of us choose our path out of fear disguised as practicality.

What we really want seems impossibly out of reach and ridiculous to expect so we never dare to ask the universe for it.

I’m saying that I’m the proof that you can ask the universe for it.

You can fail at what you don’t want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.

You can spend your whole life imagining ghosts, worrying about the pathway to the future, but all there will ever be is what’s happening here: in the decisions we make in this moment, which are based in either love or fear.

You will only ever have two choices. Love or fear. Choose love. And don’t ever let fear turn you against your playful heart. All that will be left of you is what was in your heart.

How tricky is this ego that it would tempt us with a promise of something we already possess?

Relax, and dream up a good life.

Risk being seen in all of your glory.

The effect you have on others is the most valuable currency there is.

I realized that the purpose of my life had always been to free people from concern.

I did something that made people present their best selves to me wherever I go.

How will you serve the world?

What do they need that your talent can provide?"

How can we unleash your talent? Discover or rediscover your strengths? Your weaknesses? The magic that makes you valuable to this world? Valuable to your job, your family, your friends, to yourself?

I'd found my fulfillment in being able to use my creativity to bring out the best in people.

Through relentless encouragement and belief in others in whatever part of life they're in.

I get to spend every day discovering and rediscovering what makes someone special and unique.

I get to work collaboratively together with others to help them improve the ways they can share that authentic and valuable version of themselves with the people around them. I get to ignite a fire in people's hearts to remind them that they can be inspired and we learn together how that fire can allow them to inspire others -- allow others to see the best parts of who they are.

My job is not to help you navigate your way around your office or workplace.

I’ve got goals! But so do you.

Together, we’ve got a mission.

Our mission is to make sure you know that you have someone in your corner who knows what it's like to stand where you are and want more, because you deserve more. I want you to be able to wake up each day feeling fulfilled and motivated to face your job, your circumstances, and your obstacles.

I pull you up from where you are to stand beside me to show everyone what your best self looks like and how it can achieve your best work.

But I know how hard that can be. Which is why I'm working tirelessly right alongside you to help you through what you're struggling with. To challenge you, push you, and encourage you. To hold you accountable for what you have control over, and to believe in you, even when you can't do it for yourself.

I want to help you find the sweet spot where you thrive, where you're comfortable, and when you step outside of your comfort zone, how you overcome overwhelm and make it out on top better than you were when you thought you were treading hard water.

I know what it feels like to be all the roles of what makes a business work: to be the customer, the "underling", the "grunt" staff, the manager, and the business owner.

To be in it and apart from it at the same time.

I know what it’s like to make sacrifices and concessions to help someone else’s dream, someone else’s idea flourish and succeed.

What it’s like to have your creativity become content.

Have talents be reassigned as skills.

Sacrifice parts of yourself for something you don’t truly care about.

While you may not currently be living the life you dreamed of or wanted, you still deserve to be living your life in the best way possible and to be seen for who you are and all you have to offer.

This is Jim Carrey

This is me!
